GBA reimagined a 55,000 SF steel warehouse, transforming it into a modern, “urban chic” education hub with futuristic décor and geometric elements, showcasing how furniture itself can be an art form. The facility now features 20 classrooms, administrative offices, four biotech laboratories, and a 200-person auditorium, all designed to foster collaboration and innovation. To enhance accessibility and functionality, GBA introduced new entry points, expanded parking, retention ponds, and a connected pedestrian path, seamlessly integrating with the campus master plan. This project proudly achieved LEED Silver Certification, reflecting a commitment to sustainability and high-performance design.
