GBA was commissioned to design 263 refined apartment units, each featuring gourmet kitchens, 9-foot ceilings, and spa-inspired bathrooms. The community is anchored by a 5,000-square-foot resort-style pool complete with waterfalls and a Jacuzzi, along with a state-of-the-art fitness center and ample storage facilities—creating a residential experience that blends comfort, style, and convenience.
