Trident Technical college - cafe & media center (bldg. 950)

To accommodate a growing student population and emerging career paths, Trident Tech partnered with GBA to transform an underutilized warehouse into a state-of-the-art, LEED Silver-certified facility designed to enhance the learning experience. Building 950 now houses the Fitness Specialist Program, featuring weight and cardio rooms alongside modern classrooms, as well as the Media Arts Program (MAP), with dedicated spaces for film, TV, and radio production. Additionally, the facility includes a campus bookstore, the Boeing Training Labs, student housing, and a restaurant, creating a dynamic, multi-functional environment that supports both education and community engagement.
