To support the expanding Public Safety and Fire Departments, the City of Folly Beach partnered with GBA to design a landmark building that serves as a vital community hub. The architecture, color palette, and visual accents were thoughtfully chosen to blend seamlessly with the area’s historic character. The facility houses administrative offices, water and sewer departments, the fire department, council chambers, and a courtroom, providing a functional and cohesive space for city operations.
