Watson hill fire station #14

Watson Hill Fire Station is a one-story, 9,200-square-foot facility that features three apparatus bays and living quarters designed to accommodate two full crews. The station includes a commercial-grade kitchen with separate pantries, a dining area, a den, and an office for the Battalion Chief.

A separate 400-square-foot Mini Police Substation was also constructed with its own dedicated entrance. This space includes a unisex restroom, a small gym, and a kitchenette equipped with a countertop, microwave, coffee maker, and refrigerator. The substation is outfitted with data and electrical infrastructure to support phones, computers, and a copier, and is designed to accommodate up to three officers at a time.
