GBA collaborated with a private developer to transform a former public pool site in downtown Charleston into a vibrant residential community. The project features 15 custom homes, thoughtfully designed in the traditional Charleston Single style. Each home was carefully crafted to meet the rigorous standards of the BAR historic district, ensuring a seamless blend of historic charm and modern living.
