Kings Plastics Corporation

Located in North Port, Florida, GBA was selected to design a major expansion of the existing King Plastic Corporation manufacturing facility. The project adds 106,000 square feet of production and warehouse space to the current 126,000-square-foot facility, significantly increasing operational capacity. Both the existing building and the new addition utilize durable concrete tilt wall panel construction, supporting the client’s long-term manufacturing needs with efficiency and structural integrity.
