carolina one RETAIL CENTER

The retail center was designed to complement the architectural language and materiality of the adjacent Carolina One Sales Office, creating a cohesive aesthetic. The flexible design allowed retail bays to be divided or combined while maintaining a unified appearance. Contemporary forms and clean lines, accented with warm natural wood elements, established an inviting atmosphere for both work and shopping. The center accommodated up to six retail businesses, with the potential for future expansion as demand increased.
