Elevated 4'-6" above grade, the building meets flood regulations while maximizing marsh views. Clean lines, cantilevered forms, and a material palette of stucco, brick, and metal reflect Charleston’s evolving identity. The design balances bold presence with contextual sensitivity, offering light-filled interiors, outdoor terraces, and a strong connection to the landscape—creating a dynamic, multi-tenant workplace that transforms environmental constraints into architectural opportunity.
