The owner sought a modern, minimalist aesthetic, which was achieved through clean lines, uncluttered spaces, and a flexible workspace approach. Desks are unassigned, with agents utilizing personal lockers to maintain a streamlined and organized environment. Private offices and conference rooms feature glass walls, enhancing transparency and reinforcing the open feel. Each floor is equipped with its own restrooms, breakroom, reception area, and conference room, ensuring functionality throughout the space. Thoughtfully designed ceiling treatments help define different areas while accommodating HVAC needs, all while maintaining the tallest ceiling heights possible.
