GBA assisted the owners of Allora in developing this 2,800 SF restaurant upfit built around a deliberate guest sequence — a street-level gelato window and espresso bar animate the sidewalk before guests ever step inside, setting the tone for what follows. A commanding bar arrival leads into an open kitchen that anchors and activates the main dining room, while a rooftop bar and dining terrace serves as the project's defining destination. Custom accent elements are woven throughout, each specific enough to spark conversation. The coastal Italian influence is felt in the palette and materiality, carried as a cohesive narrative from street to sky.
