Located within a nine-acre park, the aquatic facility features 2,100 square feet of enclosed space, 6,800 square feet of pool deck, and a 6,300-square-foot swimming pool designed for both competitive racing and recreational use.

The pool includes eight swimming lanes, spectator bleachers, and lighting to accommodate day and night events. Adjacent to the aquatic area is a designated zone for food trucks during special events. The overall park master plan—developed by Jerry Regenbogen Consulting—includes soccer fields, multi-use open spaces, an event lawn, picnic shelters, and walking/biking trails, offering a mix of active and passive recreation opportunities.
