GBA was engaged by the Atrium Board of Directors to elevate the exterior appeal of the Seabrook Island Condominiums. The design prioritizes unobstructed views of the beach and golf course through carefully selected railing systems. Complementary elements, including pergolas, were thoughtfully integrated to evoke a timeless Southern vernacular and enhance the overall architectural character.
