Located within an existing alley, the new stair tower seamlessly connected the second floors of 482 and 484 King Street, creating an expanded circulation space for commercial tenants. The facade blended traditional stucco with modern ceramic louvers and large glass expanses, maximizing natural light in the dim alleyway. The project included two new stair towers, lobbies on each floor, and a new elevator system, enhancing accessibility and functionality.
