IOP Island Shopping Center 

Client: The Beach Company

Size: 57,000 sf

Location: Isle of Palms, SC

Recognizing the growing demand for a walk-able, bike friendly retail center, The Beach Company and GBA collaborated to renovate and add to a neighborhood shopping center.  Blending in with the community, this two-phase project added a large grocery store and smaller out parcel, and also provided a complete exterior remodel to the existing center.
