Glick/Boehm & Associates was selected to provide master planning, programming and architectural design of 40-acres of property located on exclusive Seabrook Island.  The scope of work includes a new beach club with pool facilities, new golf club and property owner facilities.  This 30 million dollar project also includes a recreation facility with an indoor pool, exercise rooms, and event lawns, dining facilities, other support facilities.
