The Dunes House building contains 2,228 sq. ft. of enclosed space, and 7,347 sq. ft. of open deck area that af­fords all visitors views of the Atlantic Ocean as the sun is setting that should be on a post card! This community gath­ering place is also used for special events to include wed­dings and other significant life cycle events. The building houses restrooms, an office space, storage facility, life guard offices with storage and a concession area. Also included is the renovation of the beach access paths, changing rooms and showers throughout the park and the Pelican Watch Beach House.
