Carolina One Retail Center

Location: Hwy 176 Summerville, SC

The design is apart of a complex which from the beginning was meant to be anything but traditional. The goal for the site was to create a precedence for the area. With 6 retail bays, the design was meant to allow the combining of two spaces for larger retail needs whether in the middle spaces or at the end units.  The color pallet is contemporary with warming accents of stained wood at the entries.
